The book documents the State entering a non-consented “settlement agreement” with the totality of the consequences. The unimaginable grief, misery, and psychological torture impose by Family Court should be the subject of a UN Human Rights investigation. Michigan’s “One Court of Justice” fails to provide effective avenues of redress and relief for the role of corrupt judges and court officials imposed through persistent legal system abuse/fraud. The costs of lawlessness, failure of justice, unaddressed grievances, oppressive- unaccountable rule, and impunity for crimes, with inexplicable disregard by Michigan judges of well-established court rules, procedures, state/federal law, and/or practices are documented in this book. We need governance systems in which all duty bearers, institutions, and entities, public or private are accountable to laws that are publicly promulgated, equally enforced, and consistent with human rights norms and standards. There need to be federal and state legislative hearings to confirm the extent of legal system abuse facilitated by unchecked judicial misconduct. Victims of legal system abuse should receive appropriate relief including reparations without regard to otherwise applicable statutes of limitations or similar tolling/limiting provisions, due to judicial and legal system misconduct.
